		<description>Funny you point out this building in NYC.   I have been in this building several times as my cousin use to work in this building.  Great location.  This was during the Wall Street issues around 1986.   They always thought they were being bugged by the government and probably were.  

Anyway, was a fairly nice building back then.</description>

		<description>Familiar except for a 400' difference.  Sad - it's been 35 years since that New York (over 60 floors) building was constructed.  Raleigh does not have a building over 50 floors to this day (not comparing markets, but this is the capital of NC).</description>
