I have been in this building several times as my cousin use to work in this building. Great location. This was during the Wall Street issues around 1986. Sad - it's been 35 years since that New York (over 60 floors) building was constructed. Raleigh does not have a building over 50 floors to this day (not comparing markets, but this is the capital of NC). Familiar except for a 400′ difference.
