		<description>This initial rendering is a great step to the right direction, I think. Can't wait to see the final, more polished version. At 15-16 stories (remember, no 13th floor will be present)and  a 3-story "fin", plus taking the LEED standards in consideration, this building will be visible in the skyline from most angles, and will be possibly equivalent to something around 19-20 floors. Not bad, considering it is a local government building.</description>
