I love the building and I have know both owners (past and present) somewhat. It means retail is moving out of downtown but it may bring in another restaurant location and bar and could open up that area and help entice someone to invest and mow the entire block catty corner all the way down the Boylan Street. Need a big NYC limestone type building there with street retail, condos, underground parking and what ever else. On that lot, we will probably end up with more stucco and brick standard 6 floor condo building to be completed by 2025.
