WCPSS’ "A Chorus Line" Coming To Memorial Auditorium
The Wake County Public School system’s School-To-Career program will present the musical “A Chorus Line” for four shows on September 12 and 13 in Raleigh’s Memorial Auditorium.
The show is being directed by Terrence Mann, who actually played Larry in the 1985 movie version of the show. In addition to his heavy involvement with North Carolina Theatre, you also may remember Mann for his Tony Best Actor nominations for his work in “Les Miserables” and “Beauty and the Beast” in New York.
The School-to-Career program is a system-wide effort to blend relevant “real world” experience with the classroom curriculum. It’s a collaborative effort between teachers, administrators, students, parents, and business people. For more information on the program, see their website.
Tickets for the shows are available through Ticketmaster.
