WRAL to Test MPH Mobile DTV Device
that WRAL is already testing the ATSC-compatible transmission system. This will allow local digital over-the-air signals to devices such as cellphones, portable TVs, and laptops. The signal apparently will work in moving cars and transit vehicles, too.
