The September issue of Bon Appetit magazine features dozens of restaurants from across the world. One section of the issue focuses on six up-and-coming women chefs, including Raleigh’s Ashley Christensen. On page 142 readers can find Ashley’s “Sneads Ferry Clams with Late Summer Squash, Pistou (France’s pesto), and Marinated Grape Tomatoes”.

Christensen is included in the issue for good reason. Visit either of her restaurants, Poole’s Downtown Diner and Enoteca Vin, to see what all the fuss is about.
