This project should be terminated if it is below 22 stories. We need outside developers building downtown Raleigh - we have developers who think small and have no vision - the small thinking is getting very old. This developer builds ugly boxes (sounds like we will end up with two eyesores - just like that ugly "L" building) City Council needs to stick to their guns (no matter what the market looks like).
