Solas Opens Monday

Solas, the new 3-story bar on Glenwood Avenue will open on Monday, August 11.

I had the good fortune of getting to check out Solas last night as part of their “friends and family” soft opening prior to Monday. They have done an absolutely beautiful job with every floor. Really a wonderful design. The service was excellent and so was the food. For dessert I recommend their cappacino creme brule…wow! The restaurant is definitely not cheap, but I think they deliver. Regardless, if you don’t want to pay that much for dinner, I would recommend a drink at the bar, just check it out.
