RWO Show Must Go On
City officials announced that they will follow all plans, as scheduled, for the Raleigh Wide Open celebration beginning tomorrow.
Given present weather forecasts, the City of Raleigh is maintaining its schedule for the opening of the Raleigh Convention Center and Raleigh Wide Open 3.
City officials will continue to monitor Hurricane Hanna’s track and weather forecasts. If predictions are altered to include threatening conditions, changes in the celebration will be made.
The Raleigh Convention Center will be dedicated at noon on Friday.
