I wasn't happy for Gianni & Gaitano's going at 222 Glenwood because I do not care about their food as much. I would much rather see a chain like Macaroni Grill, or Magianno's coming to Glenwood South, but I am sure lots of people favor 518 West for Italian food. Hopefully, something decent will end up at the ground level of 222 Glenwood. I cannot see how a good Italian restaurant cannot survive in Glenwood South. We tried it twice, and the food was really bland. It was overpriced for the quality of the meals we had, and the service was terrible.
