I had been blissfully ignorant of the difference. Now, I will silently curse TWC every time I see what appears to be a sub-par HD channel. Oh well - I have to live with it, at least for now. I have too many trees blocking the satellite services (yeah - that's not a really bad situation... too many trees...) These channels have been available all over the country for years. This is simply more proof that U-Verse is coming soon, and TWC is finally waking up. TWC execs are shaking in their boots. I gotta tell you, screw the channels, I'm going to fix some popcorn and get comfortable just to watch TWC tremble! This is gonna get fun! TWC is a dinosaur and will be gone if they don't adapt. TV is moving to an internet-based on-demand model and the cable industry's response is to cap bandwidth and block services like ESPN360. This is EXACTLY what happened to music when MP3 tech came out.
