Ugly Monkey and Oxford Opening Tonight
The Ugly Monkey (Harrington and Morgan) and The Oxford (former Yancy’s on Fayetteville St.) will open their doors tonight.

We checked out the Ugly Monkey last night for a bit. The owner bought us a round of shots, nice guy! I would hang out at this bar. They have some nice pool tables. Not sure how I feel about the stripper poles on the bar, but whatever!

Had dinner at Oxford tonight – tried the calamari, fried goat cheese salad, shepards pie, and key lime pie – all recommended, all delicious! G and his folks have done a great job with this space. Bar has a great beer and wine selection too! Check it out if you get a chance!
