The second floor of this Chick-Fil-A should have a terrific downtown view if they are smart enough to have an upstairs dining room facing East/SouthEast. Keep your fingers crossed.

RaleighRob, getting out of your car and walking would be fine… if there were ever any open parking spots during lunch! Any time I want the deliciousness that is a Village Deli cheesesteak I have to go before 11:30 or after 1:00 or I can’t find a spot and then have to wait in line behind 20+ people. The drive-thru makes sense to me.

I’m not crazy about the idea of drive-thrus at Cameron Village. If it’s a “Village”, they should do more to encourage people to get out of their cars and walk around. This is an old shopping center in an old part of the city that’s just not made to handle large queues of traffic…especially today’s oversized SUVs. (My biggest pet peeve about parking at Harris Teeter.)
This could get ugly real fast during peak times I’m betting.

Maybe they can find a way to tie into McDonald’s parking lot for overflow since no one will want to eat there once Chick-Fil-A opens up.

Somehow I only ever think about wanting Chick-Fil-A on Sundays. Drives me mad. I get cravings for the stuff on the ONE DAY A WEEK when I can’t have it.
