Although I must say that #2 (waste dipsoal ban reversed) and #22 (Chick Fil-A in CV)would make my top 100 or top 1000 of stores that shaped Raleigh in 2009. Also #56 (Raleigh Couple wins biggest loser) is not 100% accurate and probably had little impact on shaping Raleigh. Heba and her husband were eliminated. Heba won the consolation prize for losing the most weight (% body weight) out of all the eliminated contestants. Michelle Aguilar from Fort Worth Texas won Biggest Loser.
