Remedy Diner Nearing Opening

The Remedy Diner is almost complete, is accepting job applications, and has posted a website. The menu (.pdf) a comfortable selection of vegetarian and meaty sandwiches, salads, and a few sides, all priced in the $6-$8 range. The diner’s hours will be: Monday-Thursday 11:30am-10pm, Friday & Saturday 11:30am-12am.

  It will be on Hargett Street, in the block between Sitti and Cafe Luna. Apparently they didn’t want to go public with the website just yet. Seems like good publicity is something a restaurant would WANT! (They should play nice so that websites will feel like bothering to cover their real opening. I have a real job, real patients to treat, and plenty of other things to do in my life than to beg a new restaurant for info. Just saying…)
