Yves Delorme Closing
The Yves Delorme store in North Hills is closing. The last day for the store is Saturday, and the remaining stock is being discounted 40%.

I know this will be blamed on the economy, but I have never, in all the years I have passed by that place, EVER seen anyone inside. Does anyone shop there?
Maybe it was just above me.

They didn’t need that many customers. The prices were so high that they made a lot of margin on each sale!!

I went in there once (actually twice…the second time to return something)….the woman working was so incredibly rude and snobby…I vowed never to shop there again…and encouraged my friends to do the same. Maybe that’s why it always appeared empty.

I’m disappointed to see the store close – while most of the linens and furniture were out of my price range, they did have some great gift items, especially during their sales, for Christmas and birthdays with their soaps, lotions, make-up and lingerie bags, hand towels, etc. It’s a good location, so hopefully North Hills will find another shop to replace it.
