It kind of screws you up when your first taste of bratwurst is at 4 years old and its from a street vendor in the Nuremberg market square... from then on, being handed a Johnsville brats make you want to stab people in the eye. The food is authentic, the service was great (we were served by a lovely lady with a strong bavarian accent, presumably one of the owners). I had the jagerschnitzel, which was excellent. My husband, who had never had German food before, said his steak sandwich was fantastic (the steak had been marinated and was juicy).
