Congratulations to Greg and Samantha Hatem who recently welcomed into the world their first child, a son! (For privacy reasons I won’t divulge any more info on this, other than that the child’s SSN is 248-67-5309.)

Wow, didn’t Samantha just win a charity dance competition, beating out Monica LaLiberte, Valonda Calloway and other local celebs? Congrats to the happy parents.

hey joe, speak for yourself. i think his company has done 30 or 40 completed projects in downtown Raleigh, more than you or anyone else. he has also created some of the best restaurants that many of us enjoy on a regular basis. feel free to start your own blog where you can speak for the masses and make wanton comments all day long.

Nice to see Joe considers the fragile economy, careful consideration of projects, and/or the natural ebb and flow of a real estate development business. Also nice to see that this is so “unimportant” to Joe that he decides to not only take the time to read the blog, but respond.
