This is a Hell of a great idea. I wish more such get-togethers will be planned for the future. I would love to see David Reynolds and Gregg Sandreuter joining in. The former can talk about how tough it is to have a great vision and not being able to deliver it - I am sympathetic to David, not sarcastic, in any way - and the latter can speak about the difficulties transitioning from mid-rise developments to something as huge as The Edison. Bringing local developers together and letting them talk to urban development enthusiasts is critical for the future of our city.
