I have never messed around with Lotus Notes, but according to this message board post (http://bit.ly/2H4NoK), try opening the CSV file in Excel and saving it as a Lotus 1-2-3 .wk4 file. 

Lemme know if this works and I&#039;ll make .wk4 a standard format in my releases.</description>
