The mall is full almost all the time, and it really needs some outdoor shopping to compete with North Hills. The property in question here is on Arrow Drive, so it is the 4th large project proposed for the area skirting Crabtree. I ran across a sign today at Triangle Town Boulevard and Old Wake Forest Road saying a Walmart was coming to that intersection. The sign was on the northeast corner. Interesting.
