The Pit’s Ed Mitchell Appearing on The Today Show
Ed Mitchell, pitmaster at downtown Raleigh’s The Pit restaurant, will be cooking a pig in Rockefeller Center for Monday’s episode of the Today Show (NBC). The teasers should start around 7:30am, and the tasting should be early in the 8:00am hour. The entire segment occurs in
