The Container Store Coming To Raleigh
It is extremely hard to contain myself with TBJ’s news of North Carolina’s first location for The Container Store Coming to Raleigh. The chain’s 49’th store will take the vacant Circuit City store across from Crabtree. The store will open in mid-October.

if you don’t want to wait, i’m pretty sure there’s a Container Store in Cary Crossroads beside the food court where the old FYE store was. it opened up at the end of last year, and i’ve made several trips there. i know it’s not DTR or anything, but it’s still local.

Anyone know why they didn’t choose the new side of North Hills? It must have been the price. Seems like North Hills would be an ideal location for their customers.

Well, at least it will fill an eyesore… temporarily. Wasn’t there a Container Store at Southpoint in Durham?

OMG!!! I can’t believe it! GREAT!
No, “ct”, The Container Store hasn’t been closer than Atlanta and Washington. There have been several container stores but not THE Container Store, which has the best organizers I’ve ever seen anywhere.

I actually had hoped that if that ugly box sat empty long enough there was a chance it would be knocked down. But, a store for people to store more stuff…”yeah”.

The Container Store will take only half the store’s space; the other tenant is unknown.
I assume there will be a large plastic lid or wall of decorative, but unnecessarily small boxes separating the two.
