Mami-Nora’s Grows to Raleigh
The Durham-based Peruvian Rostisserie restaurant, , will soon open a Raleigh location. The restaurant will be on Wake Forest Road in the former Miami Subs/Papa Lou’s location. From their website:
Mami Nora’s is recognized for its unforgettable rotisserie chicken, cooked in a special marinade, then roasted in our imported oven from Perú. This oven uses only wood charcoal, no gas or electric heat is needed.
According to Yelp and Chowhound reviews, we are “in for a treat”.
