O.A.R. Coming to The Boutique

OAR O.A.R. is returning to Raleigh. This time the band will be playing the new boutique amphitheatre on Tuesday, August 10. Presale tickets go on sale on 3/31.

    Stop calling it the “Boutique Amphitheatre” as that’s not the official name according to the city. It’s wrongly being used by concert promoters. The naming rights haven’t even been sold yet for the venue.

    Will do…as soon as the City of Raleigh gets off their fannies and puts a website together for this venue. Until then? I’m sticking with THE promoter.

    Well, I just received an email from Live Nation promoting featured shows in the area. They refer to the new venue as the “Raleigh Amphitheatre”.

    I guess that means the word has got out and people should stop using boutique.

    I would partake in some of these things, but I can’t stand going into Raleigh. Now if they were in Cary, I might consider it.
